Mr. Roy J. Katzovicz is the CEO of Saddle Point Management, L.P., a public and private equity investment firm. Prior to Saddle Point Group, Mr. Katzovicz served as a Partner, Investment Team Member and Chief Legal Officer of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P. He has served on a number of federal advisory committees including a member of the SEC’s Investor Advisory Committee and the Buyside General Counsel Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Katzovicz received his J.D. and B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
