Director of Marketing and Communications
An ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, energetic, and passionate about AHS’s mission. This is a rare opportunity to apply his/her skillset to improve, raise, professionalize, and market AHS’s work and profile. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, calendar, and projects;
Assist in development of branding;
Develop and manage AHS social media platforms;
Produce and execute ideas for promotional campaigns and events, such as videos;
Responsible for producing valuable digital content, editorial design, and organizing publications;
Work with programming teams to properly represent and achieve programmatic success;
Partner with phenomenal marketing partner;
Oversee website and email marketing operations;
Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
Qualifications
5-7 years experience in marketing, communications, and/or design;
A commitment to AHS’s mission and principles;
Analytical, entrepreneurial, and proactive attitude and thinking;
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills;
Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices;
Thorough knowledge of web analytics and CRM platforms;
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
