Post Event Form for Speaker Events
The ‘Speaker’ Post-Event Form (PEF) is for public events (debates, panel discussions, lectures) only.
Please fill out a post-event form within 4 weeks after an event. Attach any high quality pictures, video, campus newspaper articles, and contact information you collected from student attendees to the PEF.
You must complete this report to be reimbursed. Submit your receipts as a single attachment on the PEF. You can either scan and save as a PDF or take pictures and combine them into a single document. AHS processes reimbursement checks the 1st and 15th of every month.
